Order Policy for Pearl of Africa
At Pearl of Africa, is a B2B wholesaler, therefore, we are selling per bulk (25 kg).
Minimum Order Policy: The minimum order amount is $1000 before discounts and shipping charges. This policy is necessary to provide the best wholesale pricing in the industry.
Placing an Order: Orders can be placed online using the contact form, or by email to [firstname.lastname@example.org]. We usually ship immediately, so please ensure that you have ordered correctly before making the payment using PayPal or other payment terms. If you need to change your order during 8 PM to 8 AM at night IST, you have all time to do so or provide standing instructions.
Price Commitment: Due to the volatile nature of the essential oils market, the price commitment is limited to the date the order was placed. We do our best to keep our website updated on a daily basis.

Payment: We will ship the material only after confirmation from Bank, PayPal or Western Union agent.
Large Orders: Orders above $10,000.00 must be paid by Wire Transfer, Certified Cheque-mail Transfer or Direct Deposit.
Order Changes: Once an order has been confirmed, we will not accept any additions or deletions. If you need to remove an item after the order has been packed, a restocking fee of $10.00 or 20% of the cost of the items removed, whichever is greater, will be applied. Any additions will be treated as a new order with all applicable guidelines. Please ensure that all orders are accurate prior to finalising.
Pricing: Prices are effective on the date of your order only.
Shipping: We take utmost care in packaging to ensure safe delivery. In the event of any product leaking in transit, we will cover the cost by refunding the spill amount after full verification of fault from our side. If the fault lies with the carrier, we will claim it from the courier company, and once we receive the claim, we will settle it with you by means of a refund or replacement as agreed by you.
